How do I add my server to the list?
Register for an account and use the "Add Server" option in your dashboard. You'll need your server's IP address and some basic information.
How does the voting system work?
Users can vote once per server per day (resets at midnight PST). Servers are ranked by total votes and other engagement metrics.
What are sponsorship auctions?
Server owners can bid for premium homepage placement. The top 5 highest bids win featured spots for the following month. Auctions run monthly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Account Settings and click "Delete Account". Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How long does it take to get a response?
We typically respond within 24-48 hours during business days. Complex issues may take longer to resolve.
