3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The server content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights

4.2 Prohibited Content

Server listings must not contain or promote:

Illegal activities, hacking, or exploits
Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
Violence, gore, or graphic content
Spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
Copyright or trademark infringement
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
False or misleading information

4.3 Server Removal

We reserve the right to remove any server listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.

5. Voting System

5.1 Fair Use

Our voting system is designed to provide fair rankings. You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate votes
Create multiple accounts to vote multiple times
Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent voting restrictions
Engage in vote trading, buying, or selling
Coordinate vote manipulation with others

5.2 Voting Restrictions

Users may vote once per server per day (Pacific Standard Time). Vote counts are subject to validation and may be adjusted or removed if fraudulent activity is detected.

5.3 Penalties for Manipulation

Violation of voting rules may result in:

Removal of fraudulent votes
Temporary or permanent ban from voting
Server listing removal
Account termination

6. Sponsorship Auctions

6.1 Auction Participation

By participating in sponsorship auctions, you agree to:

Submit bids in good faith with intent to pay if you win
Pay the full bid amount if your bid is among the top 5 winners
Complete payment within the designated payment collection period
Provide accurate payment information

6.2 Auction Rules

Auctions operate under the following rules:

Auctions are blind - you cannot see other users' bids
Minimum bid is $10 USD (whole numbers only)
You may update your bid any time before the auction ends
The top 5 highest bids win premium homepage placement
Winners must pay within the payment collection period (5 days before month end to start of next month)
Auction schedules run from 10 days before month end to 5 days before month end (Pacific Standard Time)

6.3 Payment Obligations

Winners are legally obligated to pay their winning bid amount. Failure to pay may result in:

24-Hour Payment Deadline: Winners must complete payment within 24 hours of the auction ending
Automatic Disqualification: Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in automatic disqualification from the current auction
Account Blacklisting: Users who fail to pay will be permanently blacklisted from participating in future auctions
Winner Cascade: If a winner fails to pay, the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity to claim the spot (with a new 24-hour deadline)
Loss of premium placement
Account suspension or termination
Legal action to recover owed amounts

Important: The payment deadline is strict and automatic. Make sure you are ready and able to complete payment immediately after winning an auction.

6.4 No Refunds

All auction payments are final and non-refundable once completed. We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind after winning
Server performance or player count
Server removal for Terms violations
Account termination due to Terms violations

6.5 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

We fail to provide the agreed-upon placement due to technical error on our part
We cancel the auction before completion
Required by law

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card information.

You are responsible for:

All fees, taxes, and charges associated with your transactions
Ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds
Any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider
Resolving payment disputes directly with PayPal

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Top Hytale Servers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

"Hytale" is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. This website is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios or Riot Games.
